My name is Megan Miles.  As a doula since 2005 serving Snohomish, Skagit and North King counties, I've seen birth in all it's forms.  I understand that pregnancy and birth is a journey, one that can often be confusing and a bit frightening.  I understand that society tells us that birth is something to be endured only because you have a baby in the end.  However, through my own experience and my time with my clients, I've come to know that pregnancy, labor and birth can be a time of celebration, of growth, of discovering our strength within and overcoming our fears.
